  1. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  2. Responsible for Sales and achieve sales targets
  3. Provide customers the necessary information on natural stone, quartz and tile, backsplash sinks, tools etc. products to educate them and aid them in their purchase.
  4. Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with professionalism and courtesy.
  5. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  7. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  8. Suggest ways to improve sales.
  9. Creating quotes, holds, Sales Orders, Invoice, and coordinating delivery or pick up.
  10. Manage Pre and Post sales. Issue the Customer Feedback forms.
  11. Be aware of product promotions and advertisement.
  12. Assist customers in natural stone selection.
  13. Inform customers of our safety policy.
  14. Make calls to achieve more sales and send weekly reports to the Operations Manager.
  15. Attend and participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and any other essential information from team members, management, or customers.
  16. Follow the standard operating procedures and policies of the company.
  17. Must perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
